A Shopify store publishes most of its own problems. The policy pages, the theme, the navigation and the copy are all visible from outside — which means a store's defects can be found and described before anyone spends a dollar finding out.
That is what I do. I go through storefronts and find the things that are broken, contradictory, or still saying what the theme said on the day it was installed, and then I fix them.
None of that is exotic. It is ordinary drift — the accumulated result of a store being run by someone who has a business to operate and cannot also re-read their own site every month.
Findings are always specific and always verified on the live site before I mention them. I quote the exact text and give the exact URL, so anything I tell you takes about ten seconds to check for yourself. I don't estimate what a problem is costing you — I can't see your traffic or your revenue, so any such number would be invented.
On a live store I duplicate the theme before changing anything and work in the copy. Nothing reaches your customers until you look at it and publish it yourself.
I write to businesses whose contact address is published on their own website, about something I found on that website. Every message identifies me by name, carries the mailing address above, and tells you how to stop hearing from me.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from anyone else's servers. Nobody is tracking you here.
When I look at a store I read pages that are already public — the same thing any shopper's browser does. I don't create accounts, don't place or abandon test orders, and don't record personal information belonging to a store's customers.
If you email me, I keep the message so I can reply to it. That's all it's used for. It is never sold, shared, or added to any list. Ask me to delete our correspondence and I will.
